Meditation practice is just one of the tools within the larger genre of contemplative arts.

Next Steps

As you explore how mindfulness and meditation can show up in your life, please join our evolving studio community.

This mindfulness studio has a name based on the idea of “recalibrating to zero.” As that suggests, we offer non-linear pathways of progression for those who are seeking a new experience of growth.

Below are 3 ways that our studio offers supportive infrastructure:

  1. Core Curriculum

Learning can happen in many ways.

If taking a course supports your learning style, choose from any of four learning tracks.

“Build Your Skills”
Contemplative Arts Course

This course is your onramp (or reboot) to practicing meditation and other contemplative arts with greater skillfulness.

“Bio Hacking Your Inner Alarms”
Tech-Based Course

The bio-based alarms that alert us to anxiety are natural systems. Our bodies and brains have inner logic, even during stress.

In this course, we look into life hacks for more playfulness.

“Living With The Seasons”
Calendar Course

Follow along with the seasonal ups, downs, and changes without losing your focus. During the 12 months of the year, the calendar course is your guide to sticking with a practice.

Integrate mindfulness into real life, as it is.

“Navigate Your Life”
Map Making Course

Explore mindfulness tools for navigation to the next chapter of your life.

Any of these course titles can be taken:

  • Start by sampling the first two lessons for free. On the third lesson, you will be given the opportunity to enroll in the full program.

  • Deeper learning takes time and practice. The studio membership supports you for the long haul.

  • For those who want customized attention from the teacher.

Take the course and add-on individualized one-on-one lesson with a coach.

2. Making a Map

If you have not yet found the right fit for advancing your relationship to meditation and the greater genre of contemplative practices, please know that there are other ways to approach meditation, mindfulness, and stress resilience.

Making metaphorical maps is usually part of a coaching package at the Mindful Boston studio.

To demonstrate one option, here’s an example from this very webpage.

At the top of the page, the logo is part of the “site header.” And there’s a tab called “Map.”

Click, and these are the bullets you will find listed under that tab:

  • Get Started
Explore the free mini-course that describes our meditation studio.

  • Keep Going
Visit the calendar page. Each monthly podcast recording is an except from the “One Quote” bookclub webinar.

  • Diary
Many people find journaling to be a pathway to stabilizing their practice. It offers a regular time for reflection. It is one way of navigating and plotting a course.

Following this process gives you an onramp (or map) to regular practice, and engaging with the Mindful Boston community.

Learning can happen in many ways.

If taking a course is not the best for you, there are other pathways to explore.
